MARL’S MUSCLE MIX is the perfect 45-minute class to either lead you into Friday morning Spin or to jump start your energy for the rest of the day. We mainly focus on strengthening the upper body using hand weights, but we’ll also do some body weight training exercises such as planks, bridges, supermans and push-ups. Every week will be different, so you will never be bored in this class! Cardio moves will build stamina and Pilates mat exercises will tone your legs and core. Pilates exercises are famous for developing strength, coordination, flexibility, long, lean muscles, and flat abs. This class will end with some amazing stretches, so you’ll be all warmed up to either to take on your day or enjoy whatever bike route Terrie takes you on!
