Our philosophy is all about lifestyle change. We help you to create better, healthier habits. This is achieved though our 12-week TURN YOUR HEALTH AROUND program. In a private studio your nationally certified, experienced personal trainer will provide you with a customized workout. Your trainer’s focus is on helping you become more healthy and fit starting from your current level of fitness.
How the program works:
You will be scheduled for two or three 45-minute sessions per week.
Your first session is a Fitness Evaluation which includes:
- Body Fat Composition Testing
- Measurements
- Cardiovascular Testing
- Flexibility Testing
- Upper Body and Abdominal Strength Testing
This provides your trainer with important baseline information. Six weeks into the program and on your last session, we will re-test so we can do a comparative evaluation and chart your progress. You will receive an Assessment Report after each Evaluation.
Your sessions with always be different and fun…yes, FUN! We will use bands, balls, machines, light weights, body weight and other fitness equipment. In a short period of time you will become comfortable with the workouts, start to notice your body toning, body fat decreasing, feeling more energy and clothes loosening…More importantly, you will begin to look forward to your workouts!
You will be provided with an Eating Plan and Food Journal so you can stay on track with proper food and water intake.
