READY TO GET FIT? FUSION FIT classes were designed with all levels in mind…Whether you are a beginner or an avid fitness class participant, FUSION FIT is a great 45-minute class for you. FUSION FIT is a blend of strength, cardio and abdominal/core exercises in a structured format.
Warm up
15-20 minutes of Strength Training (weights, body weight, bands, balls)
10 minutes of Cardio (Tabata, 30-second intervals, cardio circuit)
5-10 minutes of Ab/Core work (planks, wide variety of ab exercises)
5 minutes of Stretching (relaxing and stretching the muscles we worked)
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS @ 6:15PM
