Here are Darcie and Steve…
They started personal training sessions in March 2018. Darcie had a goal of losing 20 lbs. and to improve her core strength to help alleviate the extreme back pain with which she was living.
Steve’s goal was to lose 30 lbs. As you can see, during their 12-week program, they easily succeeded in achieving their goals…Darcie lost 20.6 lbs. and Steve lost 32.2 lbs.
