Kathy G. came to 180 Fitness to lose weight and get healthier…and lose weight she did! At 60 years of age, she was frustrated with what being stressed out had done to her weight. She was ready to make lifestyle changes by eating healthier, adding cardio and doing strength training (which she and never done before.) She is a model client and an great example of the results you can have when you work with a personal trainer and follow the program. We are so proud of Kathy and her accomplishment and she continues to work out 3 times a week in our boot camps.
