Sue came to 180 Fitness with a goal of losing weight and feeling better. She started with a 12-week Personal Training program and in those 12 weeks, at the age of 62, was able to lose 15.2 lbs, 7.3% body fat and 15 1/2″. She followed the eating and cardio regimen I set up for her and she was able to be successful…She is very excited about her results.
Sue continues to work out by coming to 2-3 Boot Camps a week, as well as, 2-3 Zumba classes a week and Spin Class. She certainly never thought she would be capable of completing a Boot Camp class, but her stamina, strength and endurance have all improved immensely. As with many of my other clients, I have her modify exercises that may not be appropriate for her ability or limitations which allows her to get a great workout. She shows up multiple times each week and gives her 100%!
