What to expect
These 35-minute, non-stop classes will consist of a warm-up, cardio, body weight and agility exercises, game playing, stretching, partner play, teamwork, friendly competitive activities and more. We will touch upon making healthy food choices, eating more fruits and veggies and cutting down on sugary treats and drinks.

By making fitness fun, the children will learn about living a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of their lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, confidence, self-esteem, creativity, coordination and balance.
Your Instructor
Terrie Bulger has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years as a Personal Trainer and Group Instructor. When was son was in grammar school, Terrie became aware of the lack of non-sports oriented fitness programs for children, so she instituted a program called Fit for Kids.
