My philosophy is all about lifestyle change. I can help you create better, healthier habits.   This is achieved through the program we put in place for your particular goals. I will provide you with customized workouts and eating guidelines. Our focus is on helping you become more healthy and fit starting from your current level of fitness.

How the program works:

You will be scheduled for one, two or three 45-minute sessions per week and will be provided with Zoom Links.  I also use an app that enables you to  log in your foods and your exercise sessions…this will help us keep you on track!

Your sessions with always be different and fun…yes, FUN! We will use bands, balls, weights, body weight and other fitness equipment. In a short period of time you will become comfortable with the workouts, start to notice your body toning, body fat decreasing, feeling more energy and clothes loosening…More importantly, you will begin to look forward to your workouts!
