Form First Fitness Program – Coming Soon

Why do the FORM FIRST FITNESS Program? Step by step it will give you the basics, the foundation, to
decrease the risk of injury and to help get the most from every rep of every exercise. Sure you can do
exercises incorrectly or not 100% accurately and still see results, but at what cost?…neck strain, low
back, knee or shoulder issues??? This happens way to often!

I was fortunate to have been educated and trained by an incredible woman when attended my in-
person, in gym and classroom course to earn my Personal Trainer Certification over 30 years ago (no
quick online certification.) Her attention to detail and form was exactly what I wanted to learn; and I
have been passing this on to thousands of clients for decades through one-on-one training and classes.
Who is this program for? Definitely for beginners AND also for people who have been working out but
never had formal instruction…just learning from what they see others do in the gym, online or from
well-meaning friends who work out but are not trainers. I have worked with clients, both athletes and
non-athletes, female and male, who lift weights and after teaching them how to improve their form,
often times they had to lower their weights because, NOW, they are using proper form and technique.
They learned the difference between using the targeted muscle to lift the weight or body weight, as
opposed to using momentum, straining other body parts and coming out of form.
